I have just downloaded and installed the files you have even though I have the original Sims 4 game disc, I am using the x64 system but I cannot get any of the standard cheats to work motherlode, and testingcheats True can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong they worked before when the sims 4 first came out on the basic system is it because I am using the X64 system, you know you need to add money to the sims before you even start building so I'm kinda stuck the game is loading perfectly but this is a little frustrating would really appreciate any advice or help
Thanks in advance

So I am currently without internet at the moment, (I am at the store on my phone rn) and The Sims 4 will not launch and open. I can log into Origin without internet just fine. I click the Play button and a loading symbol by the mouse pops up and then it goes away and nothing happens with the game. It simply will not load.
I bought the Sims 4 from Origin, so I don't have a CD.
I am playing on a Desktop CPU instead of a Laptop (I don't have a laptop) so it's not like I can plug it up at the library without someone giving me a funny look lol.
When I did have internet, I was able to play offline and online with no problems. I did set up the game to play while offline so that shouldn't be a problem.
I have tried all of the following:
• Restore previous version (there are none)
• Troubleshoot Compatibility
• safe mode
•msconfig.exe
> It didn't do anything productive besides changing the look of the computer. It changed it to windows 7 or something.
•Reliability History
> It showed that the Sims 4 had 'Stopped Working'
>There is also a 'CHECK FOR SOLUTION' tab but what a surprise you need internet.
So, I clicked the View Technical ... Tab and it showed me this:
If picture is not readable; (what I think is important)
Faulting Module Name: Activation.dll, version 4.7.4.0, time stamp: 0x53893324
Faulting Application Path:
C: Program Files (x86) Origin Games The Sims 4 Game Bin TS4.exe
Faulting Module Path:
C: Program Files (x86) Origin Games The Sims 4 Game Bin Core Activation.dll
Report ID: 09af5dc9 - 2277 - 11e5 - 8bee - e840f25ff80d
Other Attempts::
• I attempted to 'clear' the Cache, Mods, Saves by just taking it out and dragging it onto my Desktop.
•I went into Origin Games and renamed The Sims 4 folder
• I went into Origin Game / Bin / Game and dragged the TS4.exe into the Desktop.
Next, opened Origin, logged out and exit, and then drag the TS4.exe back into the 'Game' section.
Restarted Origin with no luck.
Lastly::
The only almost solution was following a post directions by
Right clicking TS4 icon,
Go to Properties,
Go to Compatibility
Clicked Run by Administrator
Turned on (putting checks into the boxes) in the Settings
Run in 256 colors
Run 640x480 ...
Etc.
This actually pulled up the game
(You know when it's in full screen and the game is black at first but then Maxis pops up and the loading screen follows up next?)
But it was black, and it stay open for a few seconds and then go back to my original Home-screen.
In conclusion, I did everything and still no luck. I probably messed up my game now if I ever decides to work so that's a bust. I'll probably have to reinstall it or something if I ever get an opportunity to get some internet.
Note: When I Troubleshooted Origin
The result was : Incompatible Application.
Anything else I can do?
Also, is there a way to put an updated origin and TS4 driver or something onto a USB so I can transfer it?
I feel that it probably needs to be updated maybe?
